Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later, at 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. After only one year, she earned her Pro Card aged 17. This made her an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage in order to complete her college education. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year's high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued throughout the years following her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. By the time 2009 ended she won several fitness awards. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel took the first six years of competing to obtain her college degree. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished with a third-place finish. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the position of 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in, was delighted with her performance. She was up against the very best. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her physique each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over rows that use single arm lat pull-downs. First, she warms up prior to moving on to exercises. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
